Directors’ Briefing: Diversity in the M25 Consortium: challenging ourselves and our institutions Monday 12th of December 2022

Directors and Heads of Service (from both within and without the M25 Consortium) were invited to attend a Directors’ Briefing.

Speakers presented on their experiences of how the M25 Consortium has worked to develop equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives within and across member libraries so far. The event included reflections from the lived experience of Consortium member staff.

Ahead of the briefing, attendees were requested to read and reflect on the results of a recent staff survey. The survey and presentations can be viewed below:
