How to stay positive and happy [TG4/Positive] – Event now full
*THIS EVENT IS NOW FULL AND A WAITING LIST IS AVAILABLE*
When we’re in the right mood we can all be fair and kind to ourselves and have positive and satisfying interactions with others. But in trying times, this mood can be hard to maintain, and many jobs (and courses!) can expect you to achieve it without telling you how.
This online 90 minute session will focus on staying happy in yourself, looking at skills for increasing your own personal happiness – how to self-diagnose, self-heal and nurture well-being using the Emotion Map tool.
About the trainer:
Ash Charlton has delivered very successful and enjoyable HR and diversity-related courses and facilitated sessions for over 20 years. He has extensive experience with local authorities, universities and charities as well as international NGOs and the UN. The Sunday Times described his style as ‘participatory, fun and respectful’.
