The 2019 AGM and annual conference will take place in the Macmillan Hall of Senate House, University of London on Wednesday 8th May 2019.
The AGM will take place during the registration for the conference and all M25 Representatives are entitled to attend. Papers for this meeting are available in the Members’ Area (login required).

Tour of Senate House Library’s exhibition “Staging Magic”
There will be the opportunity to go on a guided tour (limited places) of Senate House Library’s current exhibition. “Staging Magic” takes you on a journey through the history of conjuring and magic as entertainment. The exhibition comprises books, manuscripts and ephemera of the Harry Price Library of Magical Literature. Conference delegates can sign up for the tour on the day at Senate House.
Cost of attendance:
- For M25 member libraries
- one free place (normally for the Representative) as the standard benefit of membership
- additional places are £150 (please note vouchers for cpd25 events cannot be used for the M25 conference)
- Non-M25 Members: £225
- Speakers: £75
Cancellation costs: cancellation is free until 23:59 on 1st May 2019. Cancellations less than one week before the conference will be charged 50%. No-shows on the day will be charged 100%.
