Strategic Management [Event Ref. TG1/ASPECTS]
This workshop is part of the cpd25 Aspects programme, aimed at library staff looking to acquire additional skills and knowledge or staff working towards Chartership.
This workshop aims to give participants an insight from a senior manager into the decisions they take to shape and change their service. The session will explore external factors that inform the strategic development of a library service in the HE sector, budgets and financial planning, and examples of initiatives which have been introduced to meet university strategic needs.

This session takes place alongside cpd25 Aspects workshop ‘Managing People’. If an individual books both sessions a 10% discount will be applied.
Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
