Processfix visit to Goldsmiths [Event Ref. No. TG5V/GOLD2]

Goldsmiths used "Processfix" to improve shelving processes in Dec 2009. The result has been a reduction in average shelving time from 121 hours to 2 hours 10 minutes without using more staff or specialist equipment.

This visit is for those interested in finding out how these improvements have been possible and what the Processfix process involves. There will be a general tour of the library followed by presentation/discussion.
