A half day event to discuss the topic of disaster management which is highly important in the library and information sector due to the nature of the materials held. This event is aimed at librarians, managers, frontline staff and specialist staff who are interested in the topic of disaster management or have to deal with it as part of their job role.
Aims:
– To provide case study examples of how disaster management is dealt with
– To allow attendees to exchange experience concerning disaster management
