cpd25 – Staff Reward Schemes LSE Library Tuesday 6th December 2005 9.30-11.00 Staff Reward Schemes This morning session provides an opportunity to discuss the issue of Rewarding staff over tea, coffee and croissants, and to hear a case study from a recent scheme at LSE library. LSE Library has recently introduced a scheme for rewarding its staff for exemplary service to both internal and external customers. At this breakfast briefing on 6 December, Jo Taplin-Green, LSE’s Services Manager, will be explaining how the scheme started and the outcomes to date. The group will then be able to discuss the subject of how to reward staff over refreshments, with the opportunity for all to share their thoughts on good practices and to get some ideas for the future. This session will be held in LSE library, room R301. Booking Information: Cost for individual sessions is £25 for CPD25 members, £30 for M25 affiliate members and £35 for other institutions, including refreshments. Please note that there are limited places available for this event. Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
