If you’ve ever wanted to know more about competency frameworks then this interactive workshop is for you.

Louise Hart, the facilitator, will be sharing her experience at the University of Derby and the workshop will aim to include the following: definitions of a competency framework; introducing competencies; assessment methods; feedback; and potential for using a competency framework for training needs analysis.

The workshop will comprise a mixture of facilitator input and group work.

Booking Information:
Booking is available to cpd25 members at £40 per person, including lunch and refreshments. The fee for non members is £60.

Please note that there are limited places available for this event. Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
