Visit to Shakespeare’s Globe Library[TG4v/Globe] – visit now full

The Library & Archive team will give you a talk on the library and archive collections at Shakespeare’s Globe, using items from the collections to illustrate. This will cover the development of the Globe by Sam Wanamaker; items and recordings from our performance archive including prompt books, wardrobe notes, programmes, posters and photographs; rare books from our rare books collection; and some costume items from our Original Practices clothing archive. There will be time to ask questions and to browse the collection items.
Accessibility: there is lift access and a small wheelchair ramp that allows wheelchair access to the Library.
Bookings for visits are open to members of the M25 Consortium of Academic Libraries only.

If subsequent to booking a place on a cpd25 visit you find that you are unable to attend, we ask that you let us know this as soon as possible.
Cancellations received less than three working days before the event will be charged a £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, £25 will be charged.
