Donna Lanclos, Associate Professor for Anthropological Research, will be deconstructing the notion of the user before leading an exercise on how to apply Cognitive Mapping.

Two universities Anglia Ruskin and Kingston will then discuss how their library teams have used UX to make service improvements.
