What do our members think?

To find out, we have just launched a new online member survey

We’re really interested in our members’ views so that we can continue to deliver and develop the most valuable range of benefits. The survey consists of 17 questions and will take about ten minutes to complete.

If you work in an M25 library and haven’t got the link to the survey we sent out on our jiscmail lists: LIS-M25 list and LIS-M25DIRS, send an email to the Operations Manager m25libadmin@london.ac.uk and we will send it to you.

The survey closes on 30 April 2025. We will produce a summary of the findings in Summer 2025.
